Decades of violence and conflict have devastated Iraq and its people. More than two million men, women and children are currently forced from their homes and families continue to live in crowded camps in northern Iraq, terrified and exhausted. Those who are finally able to go home after more than a decade of war are returning home to nothing. Conditions in the camps are poor and families have access to just the basic services needed to survive. With your help, our partner is providing vital humanitarian support to those in need, including food, shelter and blankets.

Your support is ensuring our partner on the ground, Christian Aid, can provide life-saving food to innocent families who risked their lives to escape brutal fighting.

Through the distribution of hygiene kits, containing items such as women's sanitary items and soap, people are also able to maintain their healthand dignity as they cope with the difficult circumstances.

You‘re also helping people forced to flee to support themselves and their families through employment programs, so they can rebuild their livelihoods and feel ownership over their lives.
