"If we could have latrines or keep-up our good personal hygiene we could be free from these preventable diseases.” - Chuol, a South Sudanese refugee residing in Akula camp, Ethiopia.
Give a gift of a toilet to a South Sudanese refugee community living in Ethiopia.
Many people in countries surrounding Ethiopia have fled the wars and catastrophes in their homelands in search of safety, security and a new life. Often, they find themselves in crowded camps with poor sanitation. In these conditions, diseases can quickly spread.
Your gift of $285 will provide a toilet to a community of refugees living in Ethiopia to help them stay safe from diseases spread through poor living conditions. These toilets will help stop the spread of disease and afford refugees privacy and dignity as they rebuild their lives.
