Act for Peace in Palestine and Israel
The conflict in the Occupied Palestinian Territories and Israel continues to deny ordinary citizens their fundamental right to live in freedom and dignity.
Act for Peace seeks a just and peaceful resolution to the Israeli/Palestinian conflict through an end to the occupation, respect for international law and implementation of UN resolutions.
Act for Peace has been supporting ecumenical partners in Palestine for over 20 years with humanitarian assistance and peace and justice initiatives.
Act for Peace advocates for Palestinian and Israeli leaders to make every effort to meet their obligations and commitments under the Road map, the Agreement on Movement and Access, and agreements reached in Annapolis and Paris at the end of 2007.
Act for Peace condemns violent acts committed by both sides of the Israel-Palestine conflict and calls for calm, non-violent resolution and respect for human rights and dignity.
