Every person has the ability to act for peace whether they are in a small church in rural Australia, a large city church, a school, an inter-church council, a community group such as Rotary or in their place of business. Our international project partners act for peace everyday as they help victims of conflict and extreme poverty and work towards real and lasting peace. They facilitate peace conferences to bridge ethnic and religious divides, help house refugees driven from their homes by military regimes and violence, provide health and literacy services or cultivate the land to provide for future generations.

By giving, praying, learning and taking action in your immediate sphere of influence, you can help pave the way for change.

This area offers you a variety of ways you can act for peace to help others in conflict affected regions around the world. Some of these actions will bring you together with like minded people who wish to make a difference. Other actions can be taken without even leaving your home. Everything counts, there is no gift too small, no action too pointless. You will make a difference!
